We want to wish Marcus Baylor all the very best as he embarks on a new musical path after 10 years as a member of Yellowjackets.
We are deeply grateful to him for his profound musical contributions to the band including the recordings:

At the same time we are excited to announce that William Kennedy will be back in the drum chair for Yellowjackets
as we move forward with our live performances and prepare for a new CD to be recorded this spring.

It’s 2010 and I couldn’t be
more excited about this new year and the start of a new decade.
As of 2010, I am no longer a member of The Yellowjackets.
For the past 10 years, I have been blessed to share the stage, night
after night, and record music with my friends,
this great group of guys.
It was an amazing experience and wonderful chapter in my life.
As the Yellowjackets move forward, please continue supporting this
legendary band
that has made quality music for over a quarter of a century!
They have helped me fulfill my dream of performing with high caliber
musicians.
As for me, I’m really looking forward to recording my solo debut album,
producing, playing,
and collaborating with many more talented musicians and artists.
I greatly appreciate your support for all these years in my career and
I’m looking forward to God’s amazing blessings
and opportunities in the next chapter of my life!
